Give your QR code a place on paper

Arrange Wi-Fi cards, Scan Me signs, and contact cards with real print dimensions and a clear scanning margin.

Choose a card that suits the task

Start in a generator and choose Print / Design a card to bring its current QR and settings here. The transfer uses browser memory, so your Wi-Fi password or contact data is not placed in the page address. A refresh or a new tab may require you to enter the details again.

You can also start here with a QR type or example. Use a Wi-Fi card for a guest network, a Scan Me card for a menu or short instruction, or a contact card for a vCard. Keep the heading clear and the supporting description brief.

Set the paper and physical dimensions

Choose A4 or US Letter, then set the card and QR sizes in millimeters or inches. One inch equals 25.4 millimeters. Rows, columns, page margins, and the gap between cards determine how many repeated copies fit on the sheet.

The QR’s clear margin is part of the design. Keep text, borders, trim marks, and nearby cards outside it. If the layout does not fit, reduce the number of rows or columns or adjust card dimensions instead of relying on the print dialog to shrink the sheet.

Make a proof before printing a batch

Open the browser print dialog and select the matching paper size. Use 100% or actual-size scaling and disable browser headers and footers where available. Choose the browser’s Save as PDF destination if you want a PDF copy.

Printer drivers, unprintable margins, and browser settings can change the final dimensions. Print one sheet, measure a card, and scan the physical result from the intended distance before making multiple copies. The screen preview and image verification do not guarantee a successful paper scan.
